Sevieri and Company was established August 1985. We are a second generation family business and are planning to pass the business on to future generations. The third generation is here, just a little young yet! There are 12 grandchildren so far.
Bill and Kaylene Sevieri along with their children Duane, Chris and Stacie are the founders of Sevieri and Company. Bill and Kaylene are still very active in the business. Bill Sevieri has over 35 years of experience in every aspect of home building and development and is considered one of the areas most knowledgeable builders. His sons and son by marriage also share that distinction.
The construction is handled by Bill, Son Chris and Son-In-Law Joseph Paquette. Together, the family and fellow co-workers have built over 250 homes. Stacie Sevieri-Paquette is the company’s Business Office Manager. Kaylene Martin-Sevieri and Kimberly Sevieri manage the Home Consulting Department. Duane Sevieri has formed his own family business and is now doing business as Modern Country Homes. He and Debi are working closely with us in providing the Olympic Penninsula with Beautiful Custom Lindal Cedar and Lodge Log Homes.
Our fellow co-workers in the office who you will meet should you decide to work with us are: John Taylor in the Home Consulting Department has worked with us six years. The sweet voice you will most often hear when you call our office is that of Sarah Shields who is our Executive Secretary & Construction Coordinator.
You will notice a new name on our web site. Northwest Cedar Homes LLC is the new name for the construction arm of our company. We’re the same family business – just a new name. Tax and Insurance Laws made this addition necessary.

Northwest Cedar Homes has no “hidden costs” or “surprises” in our dealings with customers. Integrity and Honesty take priority over sales. We offer only the finest products and quality workmanship.
The cost of our homes vary depending on your life style, your property’s location and slope, the design of your home, your finish choices and the budget you give us to work with.
We build by a ‘Set Price Contract’ using Allowance Items called out in your Contract’s Cost Breakdown Sheet which allows you to shop for those items that make a house, a home. An Allowance Item is set based on the budget you have dictated and the choices you have made. Those finish choices are items such as cabinets, cabinet tops, flooring, lighting & plumbing fixtures, appliances and etc. The only one who can change the cost on the contract is you.
